How does Intuitive Coaching work?

I am often asked ‘so how does this work’ in terms of connecting into our innate wisdom and how do we integrate this into our coaching session.

How do we integrate intuition into our coaching session?

The exciting aspect is that there are so many different ways we may do this both at the beginning and during our sessions as well as using them between meeting. When working together we will discuss a range of options and which ones feel appropriate.

  • We may do a short meditation or mindfulness exercise
  • A variety of different breathing techniques
  • Wild writing or free writing may be used where we write about a subject freely for a period of time
  • Reflections on our journaling may be used
  • A walk in the forest or by the sea may enable us to consider aspects in a different way
  • For some, some time in the healing temple may feel appropriate or a connection to their own spiritual practice.

Fundamentally it is about enabling some space to allow our wisdom and thinking to come to the fore rather than always using our logical approach. Both aspects are of value we just want to make sure they are balanced.
